Podría ponerlo antes de la caja de maniobra y meterle las 3 fases a elevador ,o podría quitar las maniobra(su caja ) y colocar el variador con mi entrada monofásica directa al variador y del variador sacar directo al motor trifásico y del variador sacarme maniobra para un pulsador de subir y otro de bajar ?

Hola si le pongo a la salida trifásica 220v del variador a un autotransformador trifásico 220v a 380 v conseguiré la corriente en alterna a salida del transformador?
No, la onda portadora emitida por el inversor dañará el transformador. Porque la pérdida de hierro del transformador será muy alta. Si lo está utilizando para un motor, puede cambiar el motor a un 220 trifásico. No se puede utilizar ningún otro equipo excepto el motor.
